Our story
Nanops Cloud was founded on a simple premise: organisations face increasingly complex strategic choices, yet most consulting models are optimised for size rather than quality of thinking.
We work differently. Our engagements are staffed by experienced professionals — not analysts — and led personally by senior advisors from the first meeting to the final deliverable. We take on fewer clients, go deeper on each challenge, and stay involved through implementation.
Over more than 18 years, we have worked with boards, executive committees, and management teams across Europe and beyond, in sectors ranging from financial services and telecommunications to industrial manufacturing and the public sector.
We are independent, conflict-free, and motivated only by the outcomes we create for our clients. That independence shapes how we approach every engagement: our advice is unconstrained by commercial relationships, technology partnerships, or the need to sell the next phase of work.

How we work
Every Nanops Cloud engagement is led and staffed by senior consultants with 10 to 25 years of experience. There are no bait-and-switch staffing models here. The people you meet in the first conversation are the people who do the work.
We do not hand over a strategy document and disappear. We work alongside our clients through implementation — providing decision support, programme oversight, and capability building to ensure that strategic intent becomes operational reality.
